  3. Steam Inhalation: You have to boil 2-3 cups of water & add 2-5 drops of the oil. Place your nose away from the bowl, cover your head & bowl with the towel & inhale the steam. This will relax your mood & energize you.
  4. Use an essential oil diffuser: Electronic diffusers are designed to remove the smell. they fill the air with the aroma & healing benefits of the essential oil that you like. You have to put a few drops of essential oils in the diffuser, turn it on & this will get circulated in your room.
  5. Use in bath: When you want to relax just add oil in your bath. Buy a box of simple Epsom salts for the base of your essential oils. When you drop oil directly into the water they don’t get dissolved nicely but if you first add them into the salt they dissolve beautifully.
  6. Aromatherapy massage: These oils are used for massage, you can mix them in with neutral- smelling carrier oils like almond or grape seed oil. You can add up to 20 drops of the oil to the carrier oil.
